I visited museums on the Upper East Side, had dessert at Café Sabarsky, and finished the evening with Italian food at the famous Emilio’s Ballato.
I spent the day exploring Manhattan solo, from grabbing discount tickets at tkts to enjoying the unique bus attraction “The Ride,” and finishing the night with the musical Hell’s Kitchen.
A perfect day in New York: sunshine, half-price Broadway tickets, frozen ponds in Central Park, the festive chaos of Union Square, and the breathtaking power of MJ the Musical.

It was a sunny winter day in New York. I took the ferry to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island using my Go City Pass, then explored the discount shops Marshalls and Century 21.
It rained all day in New York. I went shopping at T.J. Maxx, visited MoMA, had cheesecake at Junior’s, and ended the night in tears of joy after watching Back to the Future: The Musical on Broadway.
